The residential complex, which was extensively modernised in 2010, is located in the immediate vicinity of the University of Hamburg campus.
The residential complex offers 50 furnished single rooms in four corridor communities, some with balcony or terrace access. The individual corridor communities have a spacious fitted kitchen and single shower bathrooms for communal use. The rooms have an average size of 10 m² and are equipped with internet, telephone and satellite TV connections.
On each floor, there is a corridor common room and a laundry drying room. There are bicycle parking spaces and coin-operated washing machines in the basement.
Just a stone's throw from the Grindelviertel, you'll find everything a student's heart desires around the Amalie-Dietrich-Haus. Whether you're looking for a bakery, supermarket, drugstore or copy shop, you won't have to walk far. And you don't have to walk or cycle far to go for a walk along the Alster. Any closer and you would basically be living on the campus of the University of Hamburg!
